TF will not sell replacement parts for RX glasses

I found the frames with sunglasses on eBay for 1/4 the price.

I purchased TF RX glasses and magnetic pop-on sunglasses. I lost the sunglasses.

TF will not replace them. I have to buy a whole new lens set: frames and pop-on sunglasses. It's $750 vs $250 for just the sunglasses.

This had been TF's policy to replace for $250, but not now. Now, they are extortionists demanding full price for less than half the product.

The one star doesnt refer to the quality of product. Unfortunately, I was never able to complete my order to provide my thoughts on that.

The one star is for customer service. After four attempts at receiving assistance with my order, customer service reps continued not to read what the problem was, and regurgitated the same canned responses that were not relevant to my issue.

Make change on order I just placed

I ordered a wrong brief for my wife, it was my bad. I suggest the people look at their orders closely before theyre replaced.

I didnt look close enough. It was my fault but I did get a hold of Customer Service and they were very nice and we got everything. Straightened out.

I wound up just having to read they cancelled my order and I just replaced an order. Thank you very much.

Wrong sizes. Customer service was great about helping me.

I Love the product! My only complaint would be delivery time.

Takes a week plus to recieve order. Otherwise, Tommy John is a family favorite.

I wasnt pissed but was disappointed that I wanted to pay for my order with my CC but the service was not offered. I called a 800 number and spoke with Cody who listened so well with more added

details than he probably wanted!

Lol! He gave me white glove service!

I am thrilled to be a new customer and hope I like my purchase! Thank you!

Customer service: TommyJohn!s products are excellent and worth their cost. Today I had a glitch in my shipping info when my order was placed.
